氧化锌真空还原基本规律的研究

摘要 在(0.5—76)×133.3Pa条件下,从820℃到940℃和从910℃到1010℃分别研究了氧化锌的一氧化碳还原碳及还原。一氧化碳还原氧化锌的速率在(22—24)×133.3Pa出现极大值。在碳还原氧化锌的过程中,碳的气化反应是控制步骤,在0.5—10020.8Pa范围还原速率未出现极大值。在两种情况下,速率常数随着真空度的升高而提高。对于一氧化碳还原和碳还原,分别获得活化能为28934Cal/mol和54281cal/mol。在一氧化碳还原过程中,混入的碳其作用不显著,而在碳还原过程中,还原剂量作用显著。 Reduction of zinc oxide with carbon monoxide and carbon was investigated respectively from 820℃ to 940℃ and from 910℃ to 101 0℃ at 0.5-76 Torr.The rate of reduction of zinc oxide with carbon monoxide exhibits the upmost value at 22-24 Torr.In the processes of reduction of Zinc oxide with carbon,the gasification reaction of carbon is the controlling step and the rate of reduction does not appear the upmost value in the range of 0.5-76 Torr.In both cases,the rate constant is enhanced withuprising of degree of vacuum.The activation energy of 28934 cal/ mol and 54281 cal/ mol was obtained respectively for the reduction with carbon monoxide and carbon.The effects of carbon mixed is' not remarkable in the processes of reduction with carbon monoxide and the effects of quantity of reductant is remarkable an the processes of reduction withe arbon.
