摘要
本文对铋银锌壳真空蒸馏的热力学作了简明的分析和计算,确定了铋银锌壳真空蒸馏提取Ag,Bi和Zn的蒸镏和冷凝条件,用热分析仪测定了铋银锌壳在真空中的挥发速率,分析了热重曲线和恒温蒸发曲线变化的規律,真空蒸镏实验确定了适宜的真空蒸镏温度为870~1050℃,得到了富银合金(或粗银)、粗铋和粗锌.
The thermodynamics of vacuum distillating bismuth-silver-zinc crust is briefly analysed and calculated here. The condition of distillation and condensation is determined when vacuum distillation extracts silver, bismuth and zinc. The evaporation rate of bismuth-silver-zinc crust in the vacuum is measured with the thermoanalyse apparatus, and the law for the change of thermogravimetric curve and constant temperature evaporation curve is analysed.Through vacuum distillation experiments, the temperature of suitable vacuum distillation is obtained, which is 870-1050℃.Rich silver alloy (or crude silver), crude bismuth and crude zinc are extracted.
