摘要
作低噪声机械设计时,齿轮传动系统中齿轮模数的选择是一个十分重要的问题.本文采用了齿轮基节误差产生的齿轮啮合角加速度公式及G·尼曼齿轮噪声级计算公式对此作了分析,并以国内外典型车床为例加以说明.
In the design of low noise machine, the choice of gear module is a very important problem in gear transmission system. It is analysed in this paper with formula of the angle acceleration of the gear mesh caused by the base pitch error of gear, and Niemann's Formula to calculate gear noise. Besides, the problem is further explained with examples of Chinese and foreign lathes.
