各型麻风皮肤中免疫球蛋白及补体沉积的研究

摘要 作者用免疫荧光及免疫电镜技术,对74例各型麻风皮肤中Ig及补体沉积作了研究。文章对材料与方法作了介绍。对阳性荧光的部位、形状、与组织病理的关系以及阳性率与麻风分型及标本含菌量之关系均作了观察。对电镜所见也作了描述。讨论了麻风皮肤中免疫球蛋白沉积的机制和作用。本实验对免疫电镜技术作了简化与改良。 The authors examined the deposition of immunoglobulin and complement in the skin of 74 patients with all forms of leprosy, using immunofluorescent and immunoelectro- scopic techniques, and found that the deposit at the dermo-epidermal junction, around the appendages and in the blood vessels of the skin is an immunocomplex, and its quantity is parallel with the load of M. leprae. The authors believe that the immunocomplex comes from the circulating blood and can activate complement, thus producing infmmation.
