摘要
分析120例不典型再生障碍性贫血临床特点及骨髓血液学特点。作者结合文献讨论了本病的发病特点和发展规律。
In this paper, it is analysed that clinical manifestation and characteristics of marrow and hematology of 120 cases of atypical aplastic anemia. Characteristics of onset of this disease and developmental regularity are' discussed to link with literature.
