摘要
对83名听力正常人的166只耳.记录了其脑干听觉诱发电位、测定其各波的潜伏期及波间期,并分析年龄.性别的影响。结果表明,各年龄组均存在明显性别差异。且以青年组为著。性别差异主要表现在Ⅲ.Ⅴ波。也发现脑干听觉诱发电位的各波在儿童期已趋稳定。50岁后.各波的潜伏期延长.Ⅰ波较明显。我们计算出本实验所用组合仪的正常值.提出脑干听觉诱发电位的动态标准,并应用于临床。
Brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEPS) were recorded in 83 normal subjects(166 ears). BAEPS waves latencies and Ⅰ-Ⅲ,Ⅲ-Ⅴ, Ⅰ-Ⅴ interval were measured and the effects of age and sex analyzed. The results suggest that the difference between' the men and women was signifficant in every age stage and more in the young group. The effects of sex on BAEPS wave latencies were more signifficant in wave Ⅲ, Ⅴ.It was discovered that BAEPS wave latencies have no signifficant change from 3 to 50 years. There was a Increase In wave latencies above 50 years with more signifficant in wave I latence. The normal variability of BAPES wave latencies and intervals in different sex and stage were discussed.
