乳癌根治术后一期乳房成形

BREAST RECONSTRUCTION AFTER RADICAL OPERATION OF BREAST CANCER

我们对10例年轻的乳腺癌患者在行Roses氏改良根治术的基础上,利用转移背阔肌肌皮瓣重建乳房,效果满意。Roses改良根治术有既保留了胸肌的功能,又不降低治愈率的优点。

The curative effect treating the breast cancer with Halsted' s radical operation have been effirmed. But the patients fear for the pastoperative imbalance of pectoralis symmetry and the loss of the pectorlis muscle functions. After Roses's modified radical operation, there remain the functions of the pectoralis muscle is preserved and the cure rate is same as the Halsted' s. We have reconstructed breast using rotated latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap for 10 young female patients suffered from breast cancer after radical mastectomy. The end rcsalts are satisfactory.
