钩椎关节病的X线诊断(附200例颈椎X线分析)

X—RAY DIAGNOSIS OF UNCOARTHROSIS (Cervical vertebral radiographic analysis of 200 cases)

通过对15例颈椎骨骼标本的解剖观察和对200例颈椎钩椎关节斜位X线片的测量后,认为锥椎关节斜位摄片方法。对显示钩突骨质增生、椎间孔变小、变形所致钩椎关节病可提供有价值的资料。

Cervical vertebral samples of 15 cases were observed and cervical vertebral radiograms of 200 cases with uncinate process magnify-oblique radiography were measured. The magnifyoblique radiographic method of cervical vertebral uncinate process was advocated by us. It was shown that the method can demonstrate bony hyperplasia of cervical vertebral uncinate process. Luschka joint degeneration and reduction of cervical intervertebral-holes resultion from uncinate process degeneration. There is more usefull information to diagnosis of uncoarthrosis or cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
