蛇毒抗栓酶对原发性高血压患者甲皱微循环及血液流变学影响的观察

摘要 对50例不同期的原发性高血压患者应用蛇毒抗栓酶进行治疗,治疗前后分别进行了甲皱微循环及血液流变学观察,结果表明:蛇毒抗栓酶可显著改善患者的甲皱微循环,主要表现为管袢较前清晰,袢顶渗出、扩张显著减轻、输入动脉与输出静脉之比恢复正常,血流加速,流态明显改善。血液流变学亦有明显改善,临床症状好转。 The treatment of sveat is used in the example of 50 hypertensive patients each period. The microcirculation of nailfold and hemorheology are observed in the same way before and after treatment. The result is: the sveat can make patients much better in microcirculation. The main form lies in loops capillary clearer than before, apical relation reduces light, the rate of arterical limb and venous limbs is recovered. Blood runs faster, the state improves. The hemorheology is also better. The clinical symptom is better than before.
