摘要
老年人急性低位肠梗阻的诊断和治疗相当困难。我们治疗了32例病人治愈好转率为59.4％,对本病早期诊断、手术时机和手术方法的选择等方面作了初步探讨。
Diagnosis and treatment of acute obstruction of old people's left colon and sigmoid is difficult. From Januray 1983 to March 1988, 32 patients had been treated. Cure rate is 59. 4%, Mortality is 40. 6%. The view in the early diagnosis and the cholice of operating time and method were discussed.
