摘要
对流行性出血热107例的眼部表现做了观察,有眼部表现者96例(89.7％),自觉症状者79例(73.8％),外眼改变者92例(86.7％),眼底改变者68例(63.6％)。认为观察眼部改变对早期诊断、判断病情进展及预后有重要的临床意义。
The ophthalmologic manifestations of epidemic haemorrhagic fever was observed in 107 cases. The 96 cases of patients had ophthalmologic manifestation (89. 7%),aware symptoms 79 cases (73. 8%), external eyes changes 92 cases (86. 7%), fundus changes 68 cases (63.6%) We suggest that observation of ophthalmologic changes were a important clinical significance for early diagnosis, determine the progress of patient's condition and the prognosis.
