摘要
本文介绍自行研制的活体输精管腔测量器。经动物和人体输精管腔测量验证误差值均为0.03±0.05mm,管腔测量后还可进行注射节育。对生育期男性200人,400根输精管测量结果为扩张状态下输精管内径值为1.25±0.02mm。对兔输精管的管腔进行可扩张性试验表明:用堵塞材料将管腔容积扩张7倍,为最小有效堵塞管腔值。用该值在测量器指导下作注射栓堵法绝育术200例,比对照组根据手触摸输精管粗细所用的堵塞量明显减少,而节育效果两组十分近似,并且术后不适反应发生率比对照组明显减少。
An apparatus for measurement of internal diameter of spermatic duct was introduced.Two hundreds male adults(400 ducts)were tested.The average internal diameter was 1.25±0.02 mm in dilated condition.Expandible test for internal cavity of vas showed that the minimal effective volume for cavity blocking was seven folds of the original volume.The blocking agents used in vasal sterility accordig to this measurement is smaller than that by palpation with hand,and the sterilization effect is same.
