银合欢对山羊的毒性和尿中毒性物质DHP的含量测定 被引量:7

摘要 本研究观察了不同比例的银合欢日粮对我国广东地区山羊的毒性反应,并测定了受试山羊尿中毒性物质3—羟基—4(1氢)吡啶酮(DHP)的含量。结果表明,100%和50%银合欢日粮均可使受试山羊产生毒性反应,并以100%组更为明显。受试山羊尿中全部检出银合欢产生的毒性物质DHP,含量最高的为0.930%,最低的为0.004%。不同比例的银合欢日粮饲养山羊的效果,以50%银合欢混合50%象草组最佳,100%银合欢组次之,100%象草组最差。 The toxicity respouses of goats fed on differeut proportion of Leucaena Leucoceohala in Guangdong Province, China were observed and the urinary excretion of the foxic mefabolite 3-hydroxy-4 (1H) -pyridone (DHP) was measured in this study. The results of the experiment showed that, both goats fed on 100% Leucaena diet and goats fed on 50% Leucaena diet exhibited clinical signs of toxicity, and the signs of the 100% group were more apparent than the 50% group. The toxic substance DHP was detected in the urine of every goat fed on Leucaena diet The highest content of DHP was 0.930%, the lowest was 0.004%. Goats on 50% Leucaena and 50% elephant grass diet had the best liveweight gain and feed/gain, the 100% Leucaena diet had the middle and the 100% elephant grass diet had the worst liveweight gain and feed/gain respectively.
