摘要
一、引言反刍动物生产中,粗饲料一般占饲料总量的60～70%以上,而这些饲料中粗纤维含量在18%以上。粗纤维在瘤胃及盲肠中经发酵形成挥发性脂肪酸,是重要的能量来源。
Conventional method for measuring digestibility of feed stuff is affected by species, age and physiological condition of the animal The results have a big deviation, and it's also a time-taking and labour-taking method with daily intake recording and feces collecting. Using polyester bag is a simple method which can avoid the affects above, but the result was alittle lower than that from conventional method. In this experiment the digestibilities of 20 kinds of forages were measured by polyester bag.
