人α-干扰素和放射综合治疗肿瘤的初步小结

COMBINED TREATMENT OF ALPHA-INTERFERON AND RADIOTH ERAPY FOR MALIGNANT TUMOR

本文报道我院于1988年5月-1988年8月,用人α-干扰素(IFN)和放射综合治疗37例恶性肿瘤病人的治疗结果。在有可评价肿瘤的病人中,肿瘤完全消退和部分消退率达95.2％。在某些病人中,肿瘤的改善情况及消退速度较预期的为好。未见到IFN有抑制转移灶生长的作用。IFN的主要副反应有发热、倦怠和衰弱等。

From May 1988 to August 1988, thirty-seven patients with mailgnant tumor weretreated by α-interferon (IFN) and radiotherapy. The results suggested, forpatients with evaluable tumor, the proportion rate of complete and partialresponses patients was 95.2%, remission condition for some malignant patientsas better than we expected. No Inhibitory effect was seen in the growing ofmetastatic tumor that treated by IFN, the major complications of IFN werefever,weariness and weak etc.
