摘要
本文通过手术观察32例肝癌的生长状态研究其淋转水平的差异。结果表明,肝癌包膜完整组淋转水平显著高于包膜不完整组,提示淋巴细胞功能与包膜完整性关系密切,T淋巴细胞有抑制肝癌扩散的作用。
The relation between level of lymphocyte transformation and growth of hepato-cellular carcinoma (HCC) was studied in the patients who receiving operation. Itwas found that the level of lymphocyte transformation in the patients with tu-mor surrouded completely by fibrous capsule is significantly higher than that inthe patients with tumor surrounded uncompletely. The results suggest the functionof lymphocyte is closely related to fibrous capsule of HCC, and T lymphocytemaybe prevent CHC from spreading.
