上、下消化道癌与血浆V_A和α-V_E关系的研究

A STUDY ON PLASMA VA AND AVE IN RELATION TO CANCER OF THE UPPER OR LOWER DIGESTIVE TRACTS

摘要 本文报道HPLC检测林县食道上皮正常、增生,患癌的随机人群116人和结、直肠癌患者50人,正常50人的血浆V_A和α-V_E以探讨消化道癌与V_A和α-V_E的关系。结果表明:血浆V_A和α-V_E水平较低,食管上皮向癌前病变和患痛方向发展,但它并菲EC发生的主导病因。也不是林县男女发病率1.6:1的根本原因。结、直肠癌患者血装V_A水平与正常一致,α-V_E显著高于正常人,提示V_A和α-V_E对结、直肠癌的防护作用不明显。 The level of Va and a-V_E in the plasma were determined by HPLC in 116specimens with normal esophageal epithelium, dysplastic epithelium or esophogealcancer randomly in Linxian County, 50 patients with colorectum cancer and 50normal healthy were also determined for study their relationship between Va anda-V_E level and cancer. The results showed that when the level of V_A and a-Ve inplasma were lower, the esophageal epithelium was developing to precancerouslesions or esophageal cancer. But this was not the chief factor of the incidenceof the esophageal cancer and it was also not the main cause for why the male-female incident ratio rate was 1.6:1. The plasma V_A level of patients with colonor rectum cancer was the same as that of the normal subjects; but their a-V_E levelwas significantly higher than that of the normal subjects. These findings suggestedthat the preventive and protective effects of V_A and a-V_E to colon or rectum werenot obviously.
