摘要
本文用免疫化学分析仪研究102例恶性肿瘤患者血清糖蛋白的变化,发现糖蛋白的改变与淋转功能的降低呈负相关,提示它们可能参与免疫抑制,本文评价了糖蛋白检测对肿瘤的诊断价值,认为它们可辅助肿瘤的诊断。
The serum glycoproteins of 102 malignant patients were measured by BeckmanRate Nephelometry.Serum concentrations of alpha-1-acid glycoprotein, alpha-1-antitrypsin, haptoglobin and ceruloplasmin were elevated but transferrin decreasedin malignancies. There was negative correlation between the serum levels of theseglycoproteins and lymphoblastic transformation function. It is suggested that someserum glycoproteins play important role in immunodepression in malignant patients.The diagnostic value of some serum glycoproteins for malignancies was evaluated.
