食管癌、贲门癌切除手术死亡原因分析──附26例报告

THE DEATH CAUSES OF ESOPHAGEAL AND CARDIAC CARCINOAEM AFTER OPERATION:A RETROSPEETIVE ANALYSIS OF 957 GASES

我们从1973年10月至1988年9月止共收治食管癌,贲门癌1244例,其中切除957例中手术死亡26例(按手术后住院30天内死亡计,包括30天出现并发症而死于30天后住院期,出现严重并发症后自动出院不计在内),手术死亡率为2.69％。现将本组手术死亡原因进行简要讨论分析。

From October 1973 to September 1988, 957 cases of esophageal and cardiac car-cinoma were resected in our Hospital. Of these,26 cases died from the operarion. Theoperative mortalily is 2.96%. The authors analysis various death causes that ap-peared after the operation and demostrates that anastomostic fistula and the complica-tions of heart and lung were main causes of operative death.
