摘要
本文介绍了改进测定流体包裹体氢同位素样品制样技术的一种方法。即用小矿量先行试验测定矿物中流体包裹体的含水量,然后根据理想水量确定实际制样所需的最佳矿物样量。将先行试验与实际实验的结果进行对比,判断反应完全程度和产率。该法能保证从包裹体中释放出的水量在最佳范围内,从而在促使水与锌反应完全、提高产率、稳定气量、消除记忆效应、便利质谱仪准确测定同位素比值等方面都优越于传统方法。
This paper introduces an improvement on the preparatory technique for measurement of hydrogen isotope extracted from fluid inclusion. The principles of this improvement are ( 1 ) measuring the amount of H2O of fluid inclusion in host mineral by a reconnaissance run with a small amount of sample (usually about lg); ;%#;;( 2 ) determining the most suitable and economical amount of sample to finish the sample preparation for isotopic measurement according to the expected amount of H2O extracted from fluid inclusions in host mineral; ;%#;;( 3 ) comparing the results of two processes with each other,to evaluate the perfection of reaction between H2O and Zn, and productivity of H2.
This new method can insure that the amount of H2O extracted from fluid inclusion falls into the best suitable range. Therefore,it is much better than the traditional method in promoting the reaction between H2O and Zn, raising the productivity of H2, steadying the productive amount of H2, and minimizing the memory effect.The method is convenient for isotopic measurement by mass spec-trometry.
