试论我国西北地区啤酒大麦的生产优势

A Potential of malting Barley Production in Northwest China

本文通过对我国西北春大麦区地理环境、自然资源、气候条件、单产水平、啤酒大麦品质和交通条件的分析,阐述了在本区发展啤酒大麦生产所具有的优势。为了充分发挥和利用这个优势,笔者从加强科学研究,建立良种繁殖基地,提高科学种田水平,扩大种植面积,提高单位面积产量以及实行产、供、销、加工一条龙等五个方面进行了分析和论述。提出在本区建设我国第一流的优质啤酒大麦生产基地,将对我国啤酒工业的发展,以及出口创汇,开发我国西北地区农业生产和经济建设具有重要意义。
