本文通过从产量、质量、栽培分布、品种布局、生态环境等方面阐述了目前甘肃河西走廊地区啤酒大麦的生产概况及现状,并提出了该地区在发展优质啤酒大麦生产的同时,在栽培技术上应注意的几个关键环节,诸如茬口的选择,肥料的科学施用,优良品种的选择与搭配,适时早播、早灌头水,加强田间管理及病害的防治等围绕高产、优质所采取的一系列措施。

This paper elaborate Gansu He Xi area beer barley preducing conditionon production, guality, culture, variety, ecologieal environment, andexisting state, and put forward some important link on culture techniquwhen developing beer barley, for example, scientific use of manure,coordinate of excellent variety, early sowing, pay attention to field manageand disease and insect pests prevent and cure, and its high yield goodquality measure.
