影响啤酒大麦粒重的因素及其调节技术初探

对啤酒大麦后期进行这穗、剪叶、剪茎等处理,都明显影响粒重。其中以遮穗最显著,而且处理时间越早就越有效果。功能叶的持续期与粒重和产量呈显著正相关。各种增加粒重的措施应在抽穗前后进行,以不迟于灌浆期为佳,并用中等大小群体较为稳妥。粒重是大麦产量构成因素之一。要取得高产优质,必须在获得最佳穗数和粒数的基础上,主攻粒重。在此方面已有诸多报道。本文则是根据1986——1988年苏啤一号品种的试验观察结果,阐述影响啤酒大麦粒重的因素,并据此提出合理调节千粒重的技术,为增加粒重提供理论和实践依据。

All measures of increasiny seed weight must makebsefore or after the drawing ear of malting barleg, but it is the best time to bein the milk before, and using middle malting barley group is safer in it.
