摘要
根据市场对啤酒大麦原料质量的要求和现有国产品种与国外品种在质量上的差距,提出今后啤酒大麦育种目标的设想:1、在现有产量的基础上主攻品质的改进;2、在品质的改进上从改进大麦籽粒外观品质入手,循序有重点的改进制麦芽品质;3、注意选择适应性强,质量稳定以及适应不同生态类型的新品种;4、因地制宜,各有侧重,选择抗病品种。
For meeting the demands of market to quality about malting barley rawmaterial, according to grain quality in present variety is not nearly so well asthat in foreign variety, we put forward an idea about malting barley breedingobjective in future: 1) improve grain quality on the basis of present yield; 2)begin witih improving barley grain apparent quality; 3) select a new varietywhich is well adaptability, steady grain quality and adapting different ecologic-al type; 4) select resistant disease variety to local condtioas.
