摘要
为了适应啤酒大麦新品种选育的需要,必须将品质分析作为审定新品种的重要依据,实行优质优价的收购政策,促进啤酒大麦的生产。我国对啤酒大麦和麦芽品质,虽已有国家标准局制定了分级标准,但从品种试验角度对品质进行定量分析综合评价方面还未建立起统一的标准和评议方法,本文介绍了日本啤酒业采用的综合评点法及欧洲啤酒协会的等级法的计算方法,从我国目前现状看,似以日本的方法更实用些,容易计算。
Bureau of national standards have worked out a classified criterion about;malting barley and malt quality. But standardized criterions and appraised methodhave not been made to quantitative analysis and comprehensive appraise qual-ity in variety trial. C. weuse comprehensive appraise method better in present It is more practical,easy calculate.
