摘要
作者应用BSGC—分带法,对杜洛克猪、苏白猪、甘肃白猪和甘肃黑猪的染色体进行了研究。发现这些品种猪存在特大、大、中、小和无五种类型的C—带。其中杜洛克猪的第13、14、15、17和18对染色体;苏白猪的第14、16、17和18对染色体,甘肃白猪和甘肃黑猪的第14:15和18对染色体均呈现C—带多态性。甘肃白猪的第14对染色体特大型C—带出现的频率高达33.34%。经过比较分析,作者认为这一结果可用于家猪的育种和保种工作中。
The methods of BSG C-banding were used for studying chromosomes from Daroc,Soviet White, Gansu Black and Gansu White pigs.Five types of shape,i.e.super big,big,medium,small and lack were found in C—band.The Polymorphisms were diseovered in 13th,14th, 15th, 17th and 18th pairs of chromsomes in Duroc; in 14th, 16th, 17th and 18th pairs of chromosomes in Soviet White; and in 14th 15th,and 18th pairs of chromosomes in Gansu White and Gansu Black.The occurence frequency of super big G—band reached up to 33.3% in Gansu White.By comparison and analysis, the authors consider that these findings can be used for swine breeding and breed conservation.
