略论土地适度规模经营及甘肃土地规模经营分析

The Appropriate Scale of Cultivated Land in Gansu

本文探讨了我国农村经济管理体制改革中产生的新问题,指出了农业生产中出现的资源浪费现象。根据世界各国农业现代化发展的经验,本文对我国农村中的兼业化生产进行了分析,认为我国农业现代化进程中的重要环节是逐渐扩大土地经营规模,进行适度规模经营。农村土地所有制的现状不利于土地规模经营,对其变革是当务之急。本文对甘肃经济、技术、资源等进行了分析,认为我省应在河西地区各国营农场的家庭小农场推行土地规模经营。根据河西三个农场的调查数据,认为当前条件下的土地经营规模以20—30亩为佳。

According to the experience of agrlcultural modernization,sdevelopment, of other countries, the stuation of multipie produetive action of our nation in farm area was analyzed It is constdered that the important step of agricuitural modernrzation is to gradually increase the farmng land scale.The current land possession system arr not sultable for agricultural reform. Based on the econbmy,the technology and natuural resources of Gansu province,the land scale management system has to benundergne in small family farms of the state farms in Hexi area of Gansu prbvince According to the tnformation of three state farms in this area,it is suggested that the appropriate scale should be 20—30 Mu per farm,
