摘要
利用痕量锰在邻二氮菲活化剂存在时对高碘酸钾氧化孔雀绿褪色反应的催化作用来测定锰,并用六偏磷酸钠来中止反应;测定线性范围为0.4~20ng/ml。最低检出限为0.15ng/ml。标准加入回收率在93~108%之间。
A spectrophotometric method based on the catalytic effect of manganese (Ⅱ) on the oxidation(decolouration) of Malachite Green by potassium peri-odate in the presence of 1,10 phenanthroline as activator is developed to de-termine the amount of manganese. The reaction can be inhibited and stopped by sodium hexametaphosphate. Both the sensitivity and selectivity are satis-factory.
