摘要
玻璃池窑生产中常用单耗(单位玻璃液燃料消耗)或单位热耗(单位玻璃液热量消耗)作为评价池窑热工特性的基本指标。本文对玻璃池窑的日常工艺生产数据进行统计整理,用以确定其最佳工作条件下的产量、熔化率、燃料消耗量与单耗间关系,为改进池窑设计和操作以及提高热效率,提供分析判断的依据。
In glass tank furnaces unit consumption of heat consumption is normally considered as the basic index of thermotechnical characteristics. In present paper the author discussed the relationship amongst the thermotechnical parameters, such as fuel consumption, productivity, unit consumption etc., and derived the optimum therinoteehnical parameters in glass tank furnace by using differential method. During production the difference between the existing thermotechnieal parameters and the optimum ones can be calculated with this relationship and the existing data at any time. It provides a scientific basis for improving operation and thermotechnical propeities of tank furnaces.
