摘要
发光搪瓷是一种新型搪瓷,它可用来制作夜间路标、广告,或作为装饰材料。曾经有过以稀土氧化物掺在釉中制成发光陶瓷的报道。但由于其价格高、余辉极短,因而它的应用范围受到限制。考虑到硫化锌荧光粉发光亮度高、余辉长、价格低,我们选用硫化锌荧光粉为主要原料,参考发光陶瓷的制备工艺与配方,探索出一套适用于普通搪瓷生产的特殊配方和工艺,制成平滑光洁、发光良好、与底坯牢固结合的发光搪瓷。
The formula and procedure of a long afterglow luminescence enamel based on the normal frit preparation technology have been developed by using quartz, feldspar and lime as its raw materials mixing with zinc sulphide as phosphor powder. The light-storage characteristic enables this luminescence enamel to emit light with wavelength of 517nm after stopping exciting with UV or visual light. The brighthcsa is not less than 4×10-3 nit after stopping exciting for 1 hour. Ageing property of this enamel is good. The authors believe that this luminescence enamel is of low cost, simple production procudure and good performance in use so that it can be widely used and has a good future in application.
