家兔急性肝损伤条件下甘遂反甘草的实验研究

Combined Use of Euphorbia Kausui Liou mss and Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Fisch on Acute Hepatodamaged Rabbits

在30只急性肝损伤家兔上对甘遂配伍甘草的怍用进行了实验研究。内容包括临床观察,SGPT 值测定、病理剖检及组织学检查。试验结果表明,甘遂与甘草按1:1,1:2和2:1的比例配伍并不出现明显的刺激作用和毒性反应,也不会使病情加重或减轻.

Euphorbia kansui Liou mss and Clycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch were made up in decoction and administered orally to acute hepato-damaged rabbits.Clinical observation,SGPT test,autopsy and histopathological examination were carri- ed out after administering.No evident stimulating effect and poisonous reaction were found when the rabbits accept- ed the combined decoction of the two Chinese traditional drugs in proportion to 1:1,1:2 and 2:1.The symptoms of the rabbits tested had no changes compared to those of the controls.
