空气输送斜槽中粉粒体的运动和参数设计

摘要 空气输送斜槽由于结构简单、能耗低,在各个工业部门得到了广泛应用;但至今无论从理论和实验研究来说,均不够深入。本文就对空气输送斜槽中的粉粒体流动状态进行分析,指出存在两类移动床,并强调实际运行中,以充气移动床为最佳。此时输送量最大、槽底磨损极小。同时,提供了一种简易“障碍物”法来判断生产中处于何种移动床,以供调整用。应用“流态化”理论提出了设计斜槽时,进行风量、风压计算的新的理论公式。 Owing to the simple structure and lower power consumption, the air slide is widely used in every industry, but up to now, it is not deep enough neither in theory or in research work.In this paper, the flow conditions of pulverized material in air slide have been analyzed, two kinds of moving beds have been pointed and in the actual operation, it has been emphasized that the fluidizing bed is the best. Thus, the conveying capacity is the largest, wear and tear on the bottom of the slide is minimal. At the same time, it offers a simple method of 'barrier' to judge to be in what kind of moving bed so as to regulate during manufacturing process.The new theoretical formula of calculating air amount and pressure has been offered using fluidizing theory.
