摘要
本文用记录水下嗅电图的方法,研究了胡子鲶嗅感受器对19种氨基酸(10^(-8)M)刺激所产生的相对效应,其中三种最有效的氨基酸的顺序是:L-半胱氨酸〉L-谷氨酰胺〉L-旦氨酸。它们的嗅电图反应幅值和刺激浓度呈幂函数的关系。经回归分析,计算了三者的浓度—反应直线回归方程。评定了三者的电生理阈值。
By using the method of underwater electro-olfactogram(EOG), the electrical responses of the olfactory receptors to nineteen amino acids was recorded in catfish. The relative stimulatory effectiveness of the nineteen amino acids was determined. All comparision were made at 10^(-3) M. The order of magnitude of the response to the three most effective of nineteen amino acids tested were: L-cysteine>L-glutamine>L-methionine. Their EOG response magnitude increased exponentially with logarithmic increase in stimulus concetration. With regression analysis the least squares reqressiou lines of three were computed Their electrophysiological threshold were estimated.
