摘要 本文介绍高效液相色谱仪联荧光检测器法(HPLC-FD)测定人24h尿3-甲氧,4-羟基苦杏仁酸(VMA)。在0.5~40.0μg/ml浓度范围内色谱峰面积与浓度间线性关系良好(r>0.999);绝对回收率为74.9~82.9%;日内、日间变异系数均小于5%。42名正常人24h尿VMA水平为5.24±2.16 mg((?)±SD)。 A simple and sensitive procedure for quantitation of human urinary vanillyl-mandelio acid (VMA) using high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescent detection (HPLC-FD) is described. Linear calibration curves for VMA in urine was measured within a range of 0.5-40.0 μg/ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 5. In three different concentrations, the absolute recovery rate of VMA in urine was between 74.9% and 82.9%. Within the day and day to day CV were both less than 5 %. The levels of 24 hours urinary VMA in 42 healthy subjects-were 5.24±2.16 mg (x±SD) and in 2 cases of pheoohromocytoma before operation,. 20.7mg and 70.9mg, respectively. These results suggest that this procedure is a-nseful tool in detecting urinary VMA.
