^(99)Tc-HMDP中^(99)Tc的氧化态的脉冲极谱研究 被引量:1

A STUDY ON THE OXIDATION STATES OF TECHNETIUM IN ^(99)Tc-HMDP BY PULSE POLAROGRAPHY

摘要 ^(99m)Tc-Hydroxy Methylene Diphosphonate(^(99m)Tc-HMDP)是良好的骨显像剂。本文则使用了^(99)TcO_4^-在HMDP介质审被Sn(Ⅱ)还原,产物^(99)Tc-HMDP中^(99)Tc的氧化态用脉冲极谱法进行了研究。在不同的pH条件下,用^(99)TcO_4^-滴定Sn(Ⅱ)-HMDP溶液,微分脉冲极谱法测定结果为:在pH 4.0和6.0时,总的是四电子转移过程,Tc(Ⅲ)生成;在pH8.0时,有Tc(Ⅲ)和Tc(Ⅳ)生成。用Sn(Ⅱ)滴定^(99)TcO_4^-(pH 6.0),控制不同的Sn/Tc摩尔比,采用常规泳冲极谱法测定,可以有Tc(Ⅴ)、Tc(Ⅳ)或Tc(Ⅲ)生成。此外,在pH 6.0时,^(99)Tc/Sn=1:2(mol),测得配合物的组成为Tc:HMDP=1:2。 99mTc-HMDP is a good diagnostic skeletal imaging agent. In this paper,90TcO4-was reduced by Sn(Ⅱ) in HMDP medium. The oxidation states of 99To in 99Tc-HMDP were investigated by pulse polarography. Sn (Ⅱ) -HMDP solutions at different pH were titrated with 99TcO4-. DPP (differential pulse polarogr'aphy) measurements revealed: At pH 4.0 and 6.0, the reaction was a 4 electrons transferred process (net) and To (Ⅲ) was produced. At pH 8.0, both To (Ⅲ) and Tc(Ⅳ) were formed. When 99TcO4- was titrated with Sn(H) at pH 6.0, and the Sn/Tc ratio was controlled, NPP (normal pulse polarography) measurements revealed: Tc(Ⅴ), Tc(Ⅳ) or Tc (Ⅲ) was formed. In addition, at pH 6,0 and Tc/ Sn = 1:2 (mol), the composition of the complex was determined as Tc:HMDP= 1:2.
