摘要
用软钢、不锈钢、铜和铝几种涂复塑料薄膜层板材分别进行了筒形件及曲面零件拉深成形的成形性能试验研究。从试验得到的相应结果并经有关分析,提出了一个新观点:筒形件拉深以及以拉深变形为主的曲面零件的拉深成形,应采用单面涂层板材;盒形件拉深以及以胀形变形为主的曲面零件的拉深成形,应采用双面涂层板材。
