微机监测铸型界面气体压力的实验研究

摘要 本文论述了微机监测铸型界面气压的装置及原理。对影响界面气体压力特征的诸因素,如浇注温度、浇注时间、粘结剂种类及加入量、泥芯头直径、设置通气孔等,进行了细致的测量和分析。 The thesis discusses the equipiment and the principle which microcomputer monitors mold—metal interface gas pressure and analyses the effect which pouring temperature, pouring time, core print diameter, Venting, binder types and additions etc. give the interface gas pressure, we find that when the pouring temperature is high, the peakValue of the interface gas pressure is large, the time of the gas pressure is long; and when the pouring time is short and the the binder additions is increased, the result will be the Same; and the opposite way will be the opposite result. The gas pressure of tung oil and resin—bonded sand are the highest and that of silicate—bonded sand is the slowest; venting and the increase of the core print diameter will decrease the interface gas pressure.
