摘要
本文介绍了F101-20/39-450型锅炉在140kt/a硫酸装置上运行四年的情况。针对设备运行中暴露出的问题——二级过热器管爆破、沸腾层汽化冷却器管磨损穿孔、蒸发管区的飞灰磨损,采取了相应的技术措施,取得了较好的效果。
This paper discribed 4 years of operation of F101-20/39-450 waste heat boiler in a 140kt/a sulphuric acid system. The problems which occured during operation, such as the tube cracking in the secondary superheater and the tube abrasion by fly ash in the evaporation zone and fluidized bed cooler, have been tackled by taking appropriate and effective measures.
