摘要
本文从硫铁矿高温焙烧过程的机理出发,阐述了影响焙烧过程的诸因素。流态化焙烧因流体和固体的强烈搅动,对传动、传质、传热及化学反应过程极为有利。从铜官山矿和向山矿的焙烧试验表明,前者为磁硫铁矿,其反应视在常数与温度范围出现明显的转折点,使曲线分为三个温度范围,与向山矿的曲线特征有显著差别。根据试验结果导出了两种矿的焙烧速度视在常数与温度的关系式。
The factors affecting pyrites roasting are discussed on the basis of the roasting mechanism at high temperature. Equations for the dependence of apparent rate constant on temperature were derived,from the experimental data for Tongguanshan and Xiang-shan pyrites.
