摘要
利用塑料与橡胶共混发现材料更新,比合成新的高聚物更有效,更快捷,也更经济;然而,共混物能否达到预想性能,则既取决于共混工艺,也取决于共混设备。本文着重介绍了这两方面国内外目前的现状与发展;并结合作者近年来开发的X(S)M10新型转子三速密炼机和与之配套的X(S)K—160型开炼机详细介绍了其性能和结构设计的新颖性。作者认为应该进一步大力发展高分子共混设备,使之和已掌握的先进共漏工艺相匹配,才能迎头赶上飞速发展的当代水平。
New materials could be prepared by blending plastics with rubber, and it is more effective, faster and more economical to obtain new polymers by blending than by synthesizing. Whether or not the blend could offer expected properties, it depends on blending technology and installation. The present situation and development of blending technology and installation both at home and abroad were introduced in this paper. A minute description about new Ⅹ (S)M10 rotator, htree-speed mixer and Ⅹ (S) K-160 open mill were also given in this paper.
