摘要 通过使HDPE与NBR熔融共混,研究了HDPE/NBR共混物的物理力学性能。结果表明,加入少量例如5%的NBR,能使HDPE的冲击强度由288J/m增加到823J/m,提高近2倍;耐环境应力开裂性出52小时增加到280小时,提高近5倍;断裂伸长率达到900%;同时伴随屈服强度的下降。NBR的用量大于20%时,共混物的力学性能变差。SEM显示少量的NBR能引发大量的银纹,而使HDPE的冲击韧性明显提高。 Mechanical properties of HDPE/NBR blends were studied by melt blending of HDPE with NBR. The results showed that the impact strength of HDPE was increased by a factor of 2, the enviromental stress crack resistance(ESCR) was increased approximately by a factor of 5, the elongation at break was about 900%, with a decrease of the yield strength. The mechanical properties got lower when NBR content was more than 20%. It was shown by SEM that a great deal of craze could be initiated by a small content of NBR, resulting in a obvious increasing of the toughness of HDPE.
