摘要
氯化聚乙烯中的氯含量及其分布决定其最终产品的性能,目前使用较多的是含氯量为30~45%的氯化聚乙烯弹性体,具有耐磨、耐热、耐化学药品、自熄和耐低温等特点。本文着重介绍了氯含量为36%左右的氯化聚乙烯弹性体的加工性能、配合技术以及用其作为主体材料、PVC冲击改性剂、PE阻燃剂和与橡胶并用等方面的应用。
The end-product properties depend on the chlorine content in CPE. The CPE elastomer, which is widely used now, has a chlorine content of 30~45%, offers resistance to wear, heat, chemicals and low temperature,and it is self-extinguishable. The processability, compounding technique and the use of CPE elastomer, whose chlorine content is 36%, as basic material, impact modifier for PVC, flame retardant for PE and as a composite material for rubber are also introduced in this paper.
