摘要
由甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯和苯乙烯四元共聚而成的ACR-401,具有良好的加工改性和抗冲改性作用,广泛用于RPVC透明片材,管材、板材、低发泡板材和包装用薄膜等的加工过程。本文介绍了由改善PVC树脂的动态润滑和凝胶化特性表征的一次加工特性和由改善吹塑和真空成型过程中出现的巴勒斯效应表征的二次加工特性以及提高制品冲击强度的改性机理;在压延、挤出、注塑、吹塑和挤出发泡过程中的应用效果及参考配方。
Modifier ACR-401, copolymerized from methyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate and styrene, is a good process and impact modifier, and is widely used in the processing of RPVC transparent sheet, pipe, plate, low foamed sheet and package film. The use of ACR-401 as a process modifier for PVC resin, the modifying mechanism of improving the impact strength of product, the result and formula of the application of it to calendering extrusion, injection, blowing and extrusion foaming are given in this paper.
