摘要 制备了四种不同成分的含铅防X射线有机玻璃,其主要性能达到或超过国外同类材料水平。对材料的组成—性能关系进行了探讨。这四种防X射线有机玻璃的主要组成分别是MMA,Pb(MA)_2,Pb(OA)_2,HEMA,St;MMA,Pb(MA)_2,Pb(OA)_2,HPMA,St;MMA,Pb(MA)_2,Pb(OA)_2,HEMA,α-CH_3-St;MMA,Pb(MA)_2,Pb(OA)_2,HPMA,α-CH_3-St。测试结果表明,当铅含量为20%时,5mm板材的铅当量达到0.6,超过协和玻璃—XA。 The four kinds of X—ray radiation shielding transparent plastics plates containing lead with different components were prepared. Their main properties come up to or surpass that of the same kind of material abroad. And, the relations between the components and properties were discussed. The main components of the four kinds of X-ray radiation shielding transparent plastics are respectively MMA, Pb (MA)_2, Pb(OA)_2, HEMA, St; MMA, Pb(MA)_2, Pb(OA)-2; HPMA, St; MMA, Pb(MA)_2, Pb (OA)-2, HEMA,α-CH_3-St; MMA, Pb(MA)_2, Pb(OA)_2, HPMA, α-CH_3-St. The test results show that lead equivalent of 5mmthick sheet will be 0.6, surpassing Kyowa's glass-XA when lead content is 20%.
