摘要 本文介绍合成聚碳酸酯的一步法工艺。该工艺能使时空效率提高25~100倍,达到2.5kg/L·h;每合成1万吨树脂可节约光气1200吨、烧碱700吨;可解决分子量分布反常且分散系数大的问题,使分散系数达到1.35±0.15,分子量小于1万的级分含量在5%以下。 Theoretical and practical results show that one step method has such advantage as good quality, high output and low consumption. As it facilitates compounding feeding and heatreleasing exceedingly. This paper introduces the one step method process of synthetic PC, which can enhance the time-space efficiency as much as 25-100 times, up to 2.5kg/L. H. 1,200 tons of phosgene and 700 tons of caustic soda can be saved when synthesizing 10,000 tons of resin, abnormal distribution of molecular weight can be solved, dispersing coefficient will be 1.35±0.15 and fraction content of less than 10,000 will be below 5%.
