Moulding of Black Colour PE/Aluminized Paper Composite

黑色聚乙烯/铝裱纸复合材料是为改进胶片类感光材料的包装而研制的。其基本结构是黑色聚乙烯塑料/铝箔/纸三层复合结构。本文介绍用二次着色工艺加工制备黑色聚乙烯粒料及其熔融挤出复合工艺。产品透光率可达到5×10^(50)%以下,透湿率小于1.5g/m^2·24h,对像纸性能无不良影响。

Black colour PE/Aluminized paper composite is introduced to improve the package of photographic film materials, whose basic structure is black colour PE plastics/Aluminium foil/paper three-layer structure. This paper introduces the processing of black colour PE granulates by colouring twice and its melting extrusion lamination. Light transmittance of products can be below 5×10^(-5)%, water parmeability is less than 1.5g/m^2·24h, without any bad influence on photographicpaper properties.
