摘要
本文对胶乳涂敷型BOPP/PVDC/LDPE复合膜的制备工艺作了研究,并测定了复合膜性能,食品包装效果和卫生学数据。结果表明,BOPP/PVDC/LDPE复合膜对氧、水蒸汽等气体具有高阻透性,符合食品卫生要求,可以用于食品包装,并能明显延长食品贮存期,提高食品保鲜度。
The technology, performance, food packaging and hygienics of BOPP/PVDC/LDPE composite film are studied in this paper. The results show that BOPP/PVDC/LDPE composite film offers exceptionally high barriers to gases, such as oxygen and water vapor. Oxygen permeability is 21ml/m^2. 24h. atm, and water vapour permeability is less than 3g/m^2·24h. 39℃. RH90%. It can be used as food packaging materials, and can obviously prolong the storage period of food and enhance the freshness of food as well.
