摘要
随着对挥发性有机化合物限制的强化,水性涂料在一般工业涂装领域中的应用逐步增加。丙烯酸乳液作为水性涂料的基料早已用于建筑涂料,也大量用于气干涂料和烘烤涂料领域中,但是它在高质量工业涂料方面的应用存在许多困难。乳液合成工艺的进展,使乳胶涂料获得令人满意的性能,扩大了其在工业涂装领域中的应用。
Acrylic emulsions as water-based coating binders have been used in building coatings and air dry and baking coatings for a long time. Progresses of its synthesis technology were described, such as the initiator fragment method, water soluble acidic monomer copolymerization and water soluble polymer as emulsifier in soap free emulsion polymerization. Some other emulsion synthesis methods were reviewed,such as core-shell polymerization, hydrosol and crosslinking, emulsion, etc.
