摘要 文章介绍了中碳钢引电棒无水冷钼电极中碱代铂炉的炉型结构、拉丝工艺、中碳钢引电棒钼电极安装保护等.通过生产使用,认为:中碳钢引电棒无水冷钼电极在中碱代铂炉上的应用是成功的,电极临界电流密度值应控制在0.4~0.6安培/厘米~2.防氧化保护方法是长寿命代铂炉的关键性措施. This paper introduces a partially Pt-substituted bushing furnance for medium-alkali fibre production which is equiped with non-water-cooling Mo electrodes with electricity-introducing bar of medium-carbon steel, about it's model and structure and fibre drawing technique and also the installation and protection of the Mo electrodes with electricity-introducing bar of medium-carbon steel.The application practice came to the following conclusions. It was a success to use non-water-cooling Mo electrodes with electricity-introducing bar of medium-carbon steel in the parti ally Pt-substituted bushing furnance. The critical current density should be controlled within 0.4~0.6 A/cm^2. The antioxidant protection was thought as a cruciut measure to prolong the bushing furnance life.
