本文针对我国不饱和聚酯树脂及玻璃钢在食品工业中应用状况,探讨了生产食品级聚酯树脂及玻璃钢在原材料选择、成型工艺、技术措施、检验标准等方面的问题,并指出了应加强这方面的研究和开发工作,建立与之相应的标准规范,以促使我国食品级聚酯及玻璃钢工业的发展.

In the light of the application status of unsaturated polyester and FRP in China food industry, this paper probes into the material sellection and forming process and technical measures and inspecting standards and such questions in manufacturing the 'food grude' polyester and FRP products. The auther also appeals for the further research and development in this respect and the establishment of relative standards to promote the developing of 'food grade' polyester and FRP industries in China.
